I recently got new brakes and rotors on my car at Kwik Kar. Brian the owner is great and even gave me a ride home so I didn't have to wait in the waiting area while the work was being done. They are honest and courteous and I would recommend them to anyone. The price for the work was very reasonable.

I took my car in for an oil change, and not only did it take only 15 minutes, but they also checked all of my fluids and belts at a very reasonable price.

Ive been taking my cars to Kwik kar since I owned my first car in AR back in 2013. They have always been honest and fair with me on what needs done and pricing. From "this is a cash pit don't fix it" all the way to major work on my newest car just out of warranty. They never talk down to you about the work that needs done, and they never talk in complicated ways to be confusing for the sake of it, and I always feel confident driving my car out of the parking lot.

Fast and honest. Good prices. They've worked on several of my vehicles and when I need work done again, I'll bring it to either the dealer or to Kwik Kar. I even suggest this place to my lady friends because the shop does a good job explaining what and why things need replaced and doesn't gouge customers who aren't as knowledgeable about their car mechanical systems. A mechanic you can trust. That's hard to find anymore.

Our car broke down two weeks ago and was stranded ... they actually cared that we were stranded they allowed me to try to fix the problem myself at thier shop unfortunately wasn't able ... thier customer service was exceptional they had the job done before I even called with payment... Quick story. I had a minivan. I wanted this thing to run so bad. I took it here and the guy told me they could fix it, charge me and maybe it would work. He told me to let it go. It was a cash pit. It ended up being a lemon. They could have ripped me off but they didn't. I now take all my cars here for everything! I trust these people with the safety of my family..

Went got an oil change. They didn't blah,blah,blah you need this you need that. They checked my van changed the oil ,filled up the fluids, vacuumed, cleaned my window. I paid and was on my way. Love it here

As a travel nurse from Texas, I am NOT used to weather this cold, or was my diesel excursion. What I thought was a battery, turned out to be an alternator issue. The first place quoted me a price I knew was way to high. I found Kwik Kar and thought I would check with them. This of course was a Saturday afternoon by this time. They were open and able to get me in Monday morning. I had worked the night before and was dead tired, but after the checked it out the quote was almost half of my prior quote so I said go ahead. They actually took me back to my housing and the next day called to say they would bring my truck back to me so I didnt have to get a way to the shop. Brian, Joshua and Robert were all great. Im here until March so will be getting my oil changed here before heading home. I will recommend to all my travel friends if they need help. Honesty and professionalism go a long way!

Went here to have them check the work of a different oil change business in Rogers (since we watched that other place try to pry open the hood of my (fairly new) car with a screw driver and didn’t trust they actually knew how to do their job)-Kwik Kar not only checked their work for us free of charge, but also went above and beyond and pointed out a running headlight out and changed it for us as well.....Taylor has definitely earned my business from this point forward! The staff there are knowledgeable and truly seem to care about quality work!

We're camping in town and needed some things checked and an oil change. A friend recommended and we dropped it off the night before and it was done just after lunch, so "kwik" indeed. Has a mystery noise and some AC issues. They diagnosed them and were honest and fair with the work proposed. Nice staff, too.

I've used Kwik Kar in Rogers several times, and have had nothing but excellent experiences. They actually talked me out of doing several hundred dollars worth of work that Firestone had recommended, because the condition was normal based on the car's mileage and the manufacturer's recommendations. They really seem to be in business to help the customers, not milk them for every dime they can get. I've been back since and will continue to go there.

Sitting in the lobby as I write this review for the place. As usual the staff is nearly obnoxiously friendly, cold sodas in the fridge and they're fixing something badly needed on a payment arrangement. This is the ONLY car (Kar?) shop I go to.

Great experience every time I have used them. Friendly staff and trust their work.

Lift for handicapped power chair quit working while at a MD visit. Roger came out right away, fixed the problem so my self and my husband (both disabled) were able to finish MD appt and get chair reloaded. He was so kind and didn’t even charge us for all his prompt courteous service. I can’t express how helpful this all was for us. TY and God Bless

This place has some awesome customer service! They are friendly and they remember who you are each time you stop in. They get you in an out, there's no wasting time. They may get real froggy at times and give you a hard time and get you going on a guilt trip, but they are right and it's all out of fun and professionalism. Sometimes we all need to be put in our place and leave it to the professionals. Been using these guys for a couple of years. Just dropped a new engine into my car that I had warrantied. They were super cool throughout the whole process even though the warranty company was a nightmare. They do good work and its reasonably priced. Will always use them while I live in NWA.

So I went to Kwik car today as a last ditch effort to save our daughter's Christmas present fund from the repair I needed done. I should have gone to them FIRST.

Let me tell you why.

The first person I went to told me the best case scenario for my repair and the worst case scenario, but told me he would have absolutely no idea which it was until I brought my car back to him tomorrow when he did the actual repair. The next person I went to could tell I wasn't mechanically versed and told me "We can't find that cheaper part for you. It's almost impossible to find." So he quoted me the original man's worst case scenario PLUS 200 more. The next guy I went to charged me 100 more than the previous. Finally, I called Kwik Kar and Taylor told me to come in and he would actually look into it and tell me if it's best case/worst case so I'd know what to expect. Not only did he do the diagnostic for me for free, he found the problem, and fixed it for way WAY less than even the original quote.

They are fairly priced, honest and good workers. They saved me from spending ALL of the money I saved up ALL YEAR to buy Christmas presents for my daughter and then some. I'm SO thankful for Kwik Kar and their staff.

Great service! Katie did my oil change and she was so nice and friendly and really helped me with any questions and concerns I had about my car.

This place does a lot of business which says to me that they are doing something right.

So my serpentine belt went out on me at the lake. I called from the side of the road and talked to someone here. I had enough of the belt left to limp it in, but they told me to call back and they'd send a tow truck if needed.

Once I got there, I have to say the staff was great. They got my car in immediately, had the belt ordered and changed while I got lunch.

In the end, my total was about $75.

I didn't have a automotive shop I trusted in Rogers, but I do now.

Amazing staff and total transparency while they work on your car. Wife and I got an oil change on our vehicle and was in dire need of an air filter. We paid $44 dollars. Yes I could have done it cheaper myself however not only was oil changed but tires filled with air, car was vacuumed, windows cleaned, all fluids checked. Basically they gave our car a complete look over. I wouldn't have vacuumed or done the windows. I hate doing windows lol. Oh did I mention total transparency so you can see them working on you car? Taylor the manager was very personable and him and his staff are completely dedicated to giving the very best to their customers. You almost could eat off the floor of the shop if you had to, that's how clean the shop is. Wife and I will never use anyone else but them for all our car care needs. the tech was super professional and very polite. If I could give this place 50 stars I would. As you can see seating outside and seating inside. Complimentary coffee or cold beverages while you wait. Our car was ready to go in about 10 minutes after getting there that's including paying, and they was super busy

Even as a car guy, I was impressed with their straight forward knowledge without any fluff. Super friendly and honest approach to business and customer satisfaction. They earned my word of mouth praise and return patronage.

I came here last month to get my oil changed and they were super awesome then. But what really wowed me was the service I received the next time I went in. I wanted to get my car checked before I went on a super long trip to DC and they didn't even charge me for it. They said "we take care of our customers." And they really do. I even asked them to check my brakes and everything. It was a wonderful experience. I would definitely go back there again and again. It's hard to find such great service from such great people.

Excellent friendly service I was able to not only do the oil change and tire rotate but also differential fluid that had to be changed because i have never changed it and pull a trailer all in as long as it takes me to usually do an oil change.

Theses guys were great. My daughter is a student at the University of Arkansas and I am in Dallas. Like any dad I worry about my daughter especially when comes things like car trouble. But the guys at Kwik Kar assured me that they would take good care of her and they did.

Less than seven minutes for the oil change, and that included the tech bringing me out to the garage to point out the various systems and see if I wanted anything extra done to the car. Very friendly and very presentable.

I came here this past Saturday for an oil change. I was excited to try them since they had so many good reviews. I will be adding to those good reviews luckily :).

I came in around 8:15am and dropped my car off. There were a few people in the waiting room. I went for a walk because I can't sit still haha and by the time I got back (15 min) my car was already being worked on.

Tony came and got me from the waiting room to give me a detailed overview of my car. He SHOWED me what needed to be done on my car besides an oil change. I loved how they bring you back and show you - since some mechanics might just say that needs to be done without proof. I needed new transmission fluid and a new cabin air filter. The total price for all 3 was about 170.

I felt really good with their service and how they show you what is going on with your car. They do a full inspection. Super friendly guys and very fast service. I will definitely bring my car back!

I first took my Honda here a couple months ago for an oil change. The people here are quick and courteous. They also have a play area in the back for my son! Today I'm here with my Jetta TDI and they are just as helpful and informative. Definitely found my preferred mechanics!

I went there today to get oil changed. My car was driving funny when I dropped it off. I asked them to check it and turns out I had a bad tire. They worked it in and got my tires put on. The staff there was very friendly and accommodating. Chris worked with me in finding the tires since they didn't have the size I needed in stock. The price for everything they did was unbeatable. Never once did they make me feel pressured or like I was a nuisance even though I called about 10 times to check on things. The guys there were amazing. I really appreciate everything they did.

Love these guys. They always let me bring my dog in while they work on my car, and this time they worked me in even though I showed up near closing time. Can't beat it

In a hurry after work today so I stopped to see if it was possible for oil change. If not, I can wait another week or two. I got right in, the timing was great. Some of us just can't make appointments for this type of service. Where I was going now needs appointments even if you are first in line.

This business is much closer to my home. I was very pleased with the 1 hour arrival time, check in and home in that hour!!! And my car was vacuumed! Some things were brought to my attention that need or will be needing checked. I have all the service records and will check the manual if the miles/time are here again for these specific checks. I will be going back!

My dealership strongly recommended several very expensive repairs when I took my car for a repair under Warrantee. I trust my guys at Kwik Kar and opted to let them take a look. Turns out I did need brakes, badly! And the stayed after hours to get me fixed up. However, one other expensive dealer recommendation was not needed at all. They always show me what they see and try to explain what I need. I never take my car anywhere else! They are the best!
